🌍 Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes, we at TrikTedy ship worldwide!
We offer our customers FREE USA and International Shipping with tracking.
• There is NO shipping cost for your order.
• There is NO sales tax charged on shipping. Hurray!
⏳ What are your shipping and processing times?
We aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
• Processing Times: Orders can sometimes take 2-4 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out.
• Standard Shipping Times (Once Processed):
• USA and Canada: 6 - 14 business days
• Oceania: 8 - 14 business days
• Europe: 8 - 14 business days
Note: "Business days" are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.
🔎 Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.
• If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

⚠️ Unexpected Delays
In some instances, the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive, and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over.

Our returns period is extended from the date you receive your order.
• We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days of receiving the item.
• However, in some cases, this may be extended to 30 working days, particularly due to busy times of the year.
